During this 3 ½ hour ride with a guide in a colorful electric cart (possibly closed), you will get acquainted with the smuggling history and nature in the outskirts of Overdinkel and Losser.

Smuggling film
You start the activity in the Trefhuus where you will first watch the special smuggling film while enjoying a cup of coffee. A 15-minute film about Smuggling Village Overdinkel.
Route
The Smuggling Tour takes participants along the smuggling past of the Twente border area. The route runs right along the border. On the Dubbeleweg For example, the houses on one side of the road are in the Netherlands and on the other side in Germany. Along the way, the vehicle stops frequently at historic sites and stories and anecdotes are told by the guide.
The route continues through the beautiful Gerardus Majella Park, along the Dinkel, through the Zandbergen nature reserve and along the Dubbeleweg, among other places.
Cost
The costs are € 20,00,- for adults, children up to 12 years € 10,00,- per person, including coffee or tea with something tasty along the way.
There are 13 places in the electric cart or 11 places with one wheelchair.
Participants must make reservations by 4 p.m. on Friday at the latest.
From April through October, there will be rides every Saturday drive. Groups can also use this cart on other days, for family outings, neighborhood parties, etc. Reservations by arrangement.
