Hidden in the heart of the Twente countryside, between Oldenzaal, Enschede and Losser, you will find Buitenverblijf Erve Punte. A typical Twente Saxon farmhouse from the beginning of the last century, which has preserved much of its authentic character. A nostalgic place with a centuries-old story. Come and be surprised by a stay at our beautiful historic farmstead.

In addition to the small-scale campsite with 25 pitches and 2 hikers’ cabins, there are also 5 unique farmhouse rooms.

Coffee and tea house

There is a cosy coffee and tea house with a tea garden and covered seating area. Here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, play games together, or relax by the fireplace with a snack and a drink after a day of exploring. On sunny days, you can enjoy the beautiful views from the veranda of our tea garden, where the cows used to be milked.

Every room has its own story

The history of Twente comes to life at Erve Punte. Each farmhouse room tells a part of Twente’s history, from the time when the area was still covered by the sea to the era of the textile barons at the beginning of the last century. The hikers’ cabins also tell a story about the smugglers who experienced many adventures here in the previous century.
