Stichting MarketingOost respects the privacy of visitors to the website, recipients of the newsletter, and other stakeholders. We ensure that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. We will never sell data to third parties. The Stichting MarketingOost also includes all regional and city brands and websites, i.e. VisitOost, MarketingZwolle, IJsseldelta Marketing, Vechtdal Marketing, Salland Marketing, Twente Marketing, Hanzesteden Marketing, Visit Weerribben-Wieden, regioZwolle and the Congress regions Zwolle and Twente.
Objectives of data processing
We will process your personal data in the context of entering into, and the realization of, agreements for legal services and managing the relationships resulting from this, including the realization of activities for extending our customer base. If you fill out a contact or registration form on the website or at the trade fair, or when you send us an e-mail, the data you send to us will be retained for as long as necessary for a full reply or full handling, depending on the nature of the form, or on the content of your e-mail. Newsletter
We provide a newsletter to inform interested parties about interesting trips and tips for a weekend break, a holiday, our services, and related subjects. Your e-mail address will only be added to the subscriber list with your explicit permission. Every newsletter contains a link for unsubscribing. The subscriber file for the newsletter will not be provided to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes without your permission.
