Rijksmuseum Twenthe

The Rijksmuseum Twenthe has the most abundant and exquisite art collection of the eastern Netherlands. Varying from medieval masterpieces to Jonkind, Breitner and Monet. Also on display are exhibits from contemporary artists.

The museum aims to provide a space where visitors can enjoy the works of art from different eras in an exceptional way. Annually the museum organizes about ten exhibitions that find their origin in its own collection. The collection is kept up to date and alive by buying, lending and bequeathing new works of art.
