Klompenmakerij Koop
At Klompenmakerij Koop, clogs are produced using machines. The clog workshop also features a cinema and a museum, where visitors can see how clogs were made in the past and how they are made today. Afterwards, guests can enjoy a cup of coffee and a delicious Twente currant loaf in the cozy café area (not included in the price).

What to Expect
Visitors are welcomed in the shop and then proceed to the film room, where a 25-minute film is shown about the history of clogs and the role of the Koop family in this tradition. After the film, visitors can explore the museum area, including the machine room—where the old machines are displayed—and the handcraft room, which also features newspaper articles and informational displays. Each section provides detailed explanations, so there is plenty of information available. The visit concludes in the café area, where visitors can enjoy a cup of coffee for an additional charge.
